Our Commitment
We want you to love your caricature! If you're not satisfied and have a reasonable reason, we'll provide a refund.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Quality Issues: If the caricature has significant technical problems or doesn't resemble the uploaded photo
- Service Failures: If we can't deliver your digital copy within 48 hours
- Processing Errors: If there's an error in our AI processing or robot drawing
- Shipping Issues: If your physical artwork is lost or significantly damaged in transit
What's Not Covered
- Personal Preference: "I don't like how I look" or style preferences
- Natural Variations: Minor differences between digital and physical versions
- Poor Source Photos: Issues caused by low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate uploaded photos
- Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after receiving a quality product
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your digital copy
- Email us at: joe@ringerapps.com
- Include your order number and explain the issue
- We'll review your request and try to resolve the issue first
- If resolution isn't possible, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Our Resolution Process
Before issuing a refund, we'll try to:
- Re-process your caricature if there was a technical issue
- Provide a replacement if the physical artwork was damaged
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days via Stripe
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- No need to return physical artwork for legitimate refund requests
