Our Commitment

We want you to love your caricature! If you're not satisfied and have a reasonable reason, we'll provide a refund.

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Quality Issues: If the caricature has significant technical problems or doesn't resemble the uploaded photo
  • Service Failures: If we can't deliver your digital copy within 48 hours
  • Processing Errors: If there's an error in our AI processing or robot drawing
  • Shipping Issues: If your physical artwork is lost or significantly damaged in transit

What's Not Covered

  • Personal Preference: "I don't like how I look" or style preferences
  • Natural Variations: Minor differences between digital and physical versions
  • Poor Source Photos: Issues caused by low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate uploaded photos
  • Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after receiving a quality product

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your digital copy
  2. Email us at: joe@ringerapps.com
  3. Include your order number and explain the issue
  4. We'll review your request and try to resolve the issue first
  5. If resolution isn't possible, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Our Resolution Process

Before issuing a refund, we'll try to:

  • Re-process your caricature if there was a technical issue
  • Provide a replacement if the physical artwork was damaged
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory solution

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days via Stripe
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • No need to return physical artwork for legitimate refund requests
